Pharrell and the Simple Things
Nothing against Pharrell, but whenever a very popular person, whether musician, actor, athlete, does a collaboration with an artist or a company, they always have to interview the famous person. Like they're interviewing the face of the product and not the people who put in the work. I think that should change but thats my opinion.
Pharrell brings up some good points about appreciating the simple things in life which is cool. Haha, if that was my exhibit, a bottle of cranberry juice and cookies would be up in there no doubt.

Throwback Track: Someday/When It's Over-Sugar Ray
I do not care, Sugar Ray had some feel good music back then. You can't front on that. These songs are like breakup/love songs but you can dance to em and just vibe out in my opinion. I couldnt just put one song, I had to go with the double whammy on this one. Larisa did not approve this If you dont like it, its all on me me.(yes I purposely put me twice)

All right, real talk, I'm bout tired of conservatives gettin butt hurt over little jabs thrown by comedians. I will admit that the jokes about Palin's daughter were kind of messed up and probably shouldnt have been on tv, but like it or not, Palin as well as her 18-year-old daughter are in the public eye. Thats what happens when you're in the public eye:YOU GET TALKED ABOUT AND JOKED ON. It happens. And how is Palin gonna be mad at sexual jokes about under age women, when she herself knew of her daughter Bristol having sex when she was under age? Unless the age for legal sex in Alaska is different from most states, Palin seems a little hypocritical. And man you should see the comments people left about this shit. They want Dave's ASS(no homo) for this one. haha. Same as when Eminem said he would smash Sarah Palin and Bill O'Reily got mad and said it was an attack. GTFOH. And when Jamie Foxx was gettin on Miley Cirus about her ugly ass gums, O'reily got mad(well he's always mad). Like wtf? she's a celeb, these people are in the public eye, what the fuck do you expect? Comedians have been doing it forever.If Kanye West, the most sensitive celeb of all time didnt get mad over South Park's shit, then how are these people getting mad over little jabs? DUMB

The Chain Reaction Called Love
Now, this is only coming from my observations so bare with me on this, but it seems to me, that there has been like this.....epidemic happening around me with people that I know and I believe its called falling in love.
I have talked to two of my friends(one single, one taken, both girls) about my thoughts about what has been happening with people from the ages of..... lets say 19-21. It seems to me like most(not all) of the people I know in this age bracket are finding people that they could probably call soulmates after a year or so of being a couple. I'm not hating on this at all, the timing to me, is just really freaking weird. Like I swear it was like either people were single or in the middle last year and years before this. And then all of a sudden BOOOOOM; mafuckas been with the same person for a year or almost that long, maybe longer. I feel like some body's wedding is right around the corner and I do hope I am invited haha.
When I think about this, a scary thing pops into my head. What about the people who are single right now and have been for some time? Are we going to be that demographic who when we turn 26, 27, 28, or basically 30, will be hopefully in jobs we like, making decent or good or great money but be completely lonely? I'm not going to get into my history(1. its embarrassing. 2. all of the readers know) but I'm a little scared haha. Three of my best mates are in long term deals, one will probably be there sooner than later, and on the girl side.......shiiiit, I maybe have 3 or 4 single female friends. Thats not saying a lot because I know and talk to more than ten at least.
I do not think it has to do with maturity levels either. Well maybe it does and it doesnt, maybe its luck, maybe its doing the right thing, but maturity....naaaah i dont think so. So what is it? whats going on right now? haha When are the weddings? Do I get to dance at them? Will I catch the garter belt? We'll see. I guess I will have to stick it out in the land of couples and see what happens.

Favorite Skater-Benny Fairfax
Like Girls and Musical Artists I have these periods of when a person is like my favorite haha. And by girls I mean celebs(believe me or not)
The Berrics(a skatepark) puts on battles of S-K-A-T-E between pros and last year, Benny Fairfax caught my eye. He is clean as FUCK and he's British and If i posted all of the videos on him, you'd prolly like him too. Funny thing is, he's playing another one of my favs: Erik Elligton. YAY for Benny!
Benny lost to Mike Mo in the finals....but then he turned pro shortly after(revenge)

Amy's House
the fairly lit sky stood along with the sun
topping over the high trees
the wet pavement held under their feet
as the friends gathered at the house in the forest
it was cold enough for a coat
it was cold enough for a hug
a place of solitude for the hide aways
a place of comfort for the lovers
i love this place
at peace, at ease
neither a care nor a worry crosses my mind here
the house sat tucked away in forest
with roads like hills
and tall trees that covered over us like a shelter
concealing us into this little life no one knows of
and where i feel free
we gathered at this place in harmony
and i never wanted to leave.
