So I posted some videos a month or so ago about Kenna, Jessica Biel, and Lupe Fiasco climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to spread the word about the global water crisis. Here's some videos giving you an inside look at them climbing. Also, there are other celebs in the mix that weren't mentioned before =]

Comedian Paul Mooney Goes IN!!!!
I was hesitant to post this but he had some good points haha. And he feels exactly how i feel about Taylor and Beyonce.
However, I'm not cool with the statement about black slaves he makes.
Then he makes cool points about the history of the presidency and Obama now.
It's funny and interesting

Music Pick of The Week: J. COLE
Now his name may seem kind of boring, and it may sound like some wanna be high end fashion brand, but his rapping is very much the opposite. I can't remember the last new rapper I posted about here(besides Fashawn)thats kind of bad. But J. Cole is pretty dope. I first heard him on Blueprint 3 and I was like ok. THEN, i heard him on Just Begun, along side Talib Kweli, Mos Def, and JAY ELECTRONICA(the song is on the playlist)(the song was on the playlist) and I was like woooooooooooooow. Then I got his mixtape and was like woooooooow. So yeah, here he is, and the mixtape...

Throwback Track: First Of The Month-Bone Thugs N Harmony
AAAWWWW SHIT! Guess who's back? Throwin em BACK for the 2nd time around hahah
I think it's only right that the first throwback track of 2010 would be this song. It's a couple days past the first but oh well. This song is too tight.
*If you ever catch me with Caleb, ask him to do a verse from "Crossroads" sooo tight.

Sage Steele of ESPN Interview
I'm SO lucky to wake up to her and Hannah Storm every morning when I'm watching ESPN.
She is very lovely, and seems like a very nice lady. She tells a bit of her story before she got ESPN. I wish they asked her how she got into sports, but they didnt =[
